This website is operated by NORINGO, an independent engineering consulting practice in Ontario, Canada. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the information necessary to respond to your inquiry.

Information you choose to provide

Our contact form requests your name, email address and a description of your inquiry. You may also provide an organization name and area of interest. Please do not include trade secrets, detailed proprietary specifications or other confidential material in an initial message.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, discuss potential consulting services. We do not use contact submissions to subscribe you to an unsolicited mailing list.

Form processing

The contact form is designed to use Netlify Forms once the site is deployed on Netlify. Netlify receives and processes form submissions on our behalf; its security and data handling practices are described in Netlify's own documentation and privacy information. Website connections should use HTTPS when published.

Website analytics and cookies

This version of the website does not include advertising pixels, analytics tracking scripts or marketing cookies. Basic technical logs or security measures may still be used by the hosting provider. If analytics or other third-party services are introduced in a later version, this notice should be updated before publication.

Retention, access and questions

Inquiry data is retained only as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting NORINGO through the contact page. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.
